Pilates sessions are designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance. True Pilates NW offers several session types that will meet a variety of your needs. Sessions will discuss body mechanics, body awareness, muscle control, performance enhancement (sports), functional movement and much more. Additionally, the importance of educating each client on the anatomy of the body is emphasized.

It is recommended that new clients begin with one to five private sessions. These initial sessions lay the foundation for an effective Pilates practice. Through one on one instruction you will learn the fundamental exercises, the principles of Pilates, equipment set-up and safety. Your unique needs as well as your goals will also be discussed.
