Private Sessions

Private sessions include working on the major pieces of Pilates equipment and the mat. Pilates accessories and props will be integrated into sessions. Privates allow the instructor to develop a customized workout program that will address your specific needs. Intermediate to advanced clients will benefit from the one on one instruction to improve precision, learn new exercises and work on specific issues such as injury rehabilitation or chronic pain.

No matter what brings you to us initially, you will experience the many benefits of increased strength, flexibility, improved posture, better alignment, awareness and overall sense of well-being. Since it’s just you working out, your instructor can adjust the intensity of the work appropriate for your level and how you’re feeling that day.
